Christmas Party
Thank you very much for inviting Jill and me to your annual Christmas
Charity event last Saturday. We enjoyed the ocassion enormously, as
evidently everyone else who attend the party did as well, You had
created a great Christmas festivity to the ocassion, from the music at the
start to the well-concealed joint MC's!
You have obvously succeeded in making your annual event one of the
social ocassion on the Manila calendar, but I am in no doubt as well
many very worthwhile charities - including of course the one close to Jill's
heart, PCF will be very grateful beneficiaries of all your hard work.

CHRISTMAS PARTY AT DUSIT
The party that aimed to be the first and grandest Christmas Party in town was a great success. Dusit Thani Manila one of the Gold Members of the Lighthouse Club proved to be not only a prestigious venue for a party but also the warmest in hospitality and in accommodating an early Christmas for everyone.
About 250 guests were present and dance the night away with Elan and Snafu Bands. Girls from the British School Manila helped out in selling raffle tickets. Exciting prizes were given away.
UK Ambassador Peter Beckingham and his wife Jill honored us with their presence.
The emcees in Santa costumes thanked everyone because once again, funds were raised through raffle ticket sales, and of course the grand Auction for one round trip ticket to UK from Etihad Airways which Philip Leonard bought for Php100,000.00
It was a successful night indeed.
